Overview
The One2TalkTM Chatbox Analogue Terminal Adapter (ATA) is a device that allows a voice over Internet system to be combined with a normal analogue fixed line phone.
The One2TalkTM Chatbox includes a unique 'Call in VoIP' number. You are not required to sign any contract to use this product and will work with a broadband connection, as well as offering 24/7 customer service.
Please note that emergency numbers such as '000', '112' and '106' are currently not supported by this system.

One2TalkTM Chatbox VoIP Adapter allows you to take benefit of your DSL/cable modem connection to make cheap Internet phone calls from Home or Business. It combines the latest VoIP network technology with added features, and is also compatible with your phone service. This VoIP ATA connects you to an ordinary phone set to let you make phone calls.
Voice Quality
One2TalkTM Chatbox VoIP Adapter ensures that calls received/dialed through the Internet is the same or even surpasses calls that are received /dialed on the ordinary phone.
Warranty
A one (1) year manufacturer's warranty is provided for One2TalkTM Chatbox.
Warranty is void if the 'Warranty Void Sticker' behind the ATA box is removed.

Minimum system requirements are an active broadband service with router, and a spare Ethernet port. To use this product, please ensure your broadband router allows or has VoIP (Voice over internet) capability. This device includes a one year warranty.
Front Panel LED status and descriptions
Below is a guide to the One2TalkTM Chatbox front panel LED status.
| When 'ON' is illuminated, DC power is on. |
| When 'OFF', DC power is off. |
| When 'ON' is illuminated, One2TalkTM Chatbox is active. |
| When 'OFF', One2TalkTM Chatbox is inactive. |
| A slow blinking LED means the Internet connection is active. |
| A fast blinking LED means there is an One2TalkTM Chatbox VoIP Call in progress. |
| When 'OFF', there is no Internet connection. |
| A blinking LED means there is an One2TalkTM Chatbox VoIP or Landline call in progress. |
| When 'OFF', there are no calls in progress. |
| A blinking LED means the landline call in progress. |
| When 'OFF', there are no landline calls in progress. |

Activate
Phone Activation
- Use your landline to call customer service on 1300 300 356
- Please have the One2Talk Chatbox CLI number and MAC ID number which is located under the Chatbox ready OR
Web Activation
- Launch your web browser
- Go to www.one2talk.com.au/register/chatbox
- Enter the CLI number and MAC ID number of One2Talk Chatbox which is located under the Chatbox in the appropriate fields then click on the Next button
- Enter your contact details in the appropriate fields and click Activate.
Congratulations! Your One2Talk Chatbox is now active and can be used after 10 minutes.
Note: If you have already plugged your One2Talk Chatbox re-plug the power in 10 minutes time.
Installation Guide
Your One2Talk Chatbox adapter has been pre-configured with all necessary settings - all you have to do is follow a few simple steps:
Step 1. The unit has three (3) ports labelled 'INTERNET', 'HANDSET' and 'PHONE LINE'.
- Use the phone cable to connect your analogue telephone to the 'HANDSET' port
- Use the Ethernet cable to connect from an Ethernet port on your ADSL router/switch to the One2Talk Chatbox 'INTERNET' port
- Connect your PSTN line to the 'PHONE LINE' port (optional but recommended)
- Make sure the DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) is enabled in your router
Step 2. Connect the power adapter to the 'POWER' port on the Chatbox adapter.
- The LED light on 'POWER' will illuminate once power is running
- The INTERNET light will illuminate if the Ethernet cable is connected properly to the INTERNET port
- If the 'VoIP RDY' light is on, your One2Talk Chatbox adapter is ready to use
